Tele-Forums for Women
HumanArts creates enriching communities for women’s development, where traditional methods of tele-training are replaced by a dynamic framework that emphasizes key "points."
  • Viewpoints draw out and acknowledge candid thoughts and genuine feelings in a supportive environment in which women voice their current realities.
  • Connecting points shape common understanding and create a context in which supportive feedback, related experiences, and encouragement are exchanged.
  • Learning points, drawn from related research and recommended readings, are woven into email summaries to validate and deepen women’s shared experience.

Trust builds quickly; conversations happen naturally, and people change because they feel safe.

The POWER Teleforum helps participant identify the stage of power that best defines them, and through coaching and group support, guides them in a process designed to expand their personal power through conscious choice-making and courageous action. Drawing on the work of author Janet O. Hagberg, and the Real Power model, participants develop an understanding of how to integrate both external power, the capacity for action, and internal power, the capacity for reflection, to harness full power. Enrollment includes a Personal Power Profile. For additional information on the Real Power model, visit www.janethagberg.com/stages.htm

The INFLUENCE Teleforum engages participants in a series of rousing conversations on how to disrupt the status quo and rearrange people’s perceptions to get what is rightfully theirs. The group explores three central themes that contribute to a woman’s influence: claiming desire, prioritizing presence, and engaging tension. Participants are challenged to stop relying on tactics that merely emulate the strengths of men, and instead, develop strategies that leverage their unique gifts as women - passion and intuition, sensitivity and cunning.
